Does anyone read our emails?
No. Software scores each email. Our team only sees the short list it produces.
Do we have to give you our password?
Never. You export a copy of the inbox yourself and upload it through a private link.
What do you keep afterwards?
Nothing. The export is permanently deleted once your short list is delivered, and we confirm it in writing.
Which email systems do you work with?
Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft 365 or Outlook. We send step-by-step export instructions for each.
Which inbox should we start with?
The shared one that receives inquiries: sales@, info@, quotes@ or similar. Older inboxes usually hold more.
What happens after the free 2,000 emails?
You keep your short list either way. If you want the rest reviewed, you pick the tier that fits your inbox size, and the emails from your free review count toward it. No obligation.
What if you don't find much?
If a paid review finds fewer than 10 qualified leads, you pay nothing.
We have 50,000+ emails. Is that a problem?
No. Larger inboxes are where most forgotten leads turn up. Deep Dig covers up to 200,000 emails for $1,495, and anything larger gets a custom quote.
Do you contact the leads for us?
No. You get the list, and your team follows up. The relationship stays yours.
How long does it take?
The free review is usually back within 2 business days of receiving your export.
