From a buried inbox to a short list.
Five steps, and only the first one needs anything from you.
1. Pick the inbox
Usually a shared address like sales@, info@ or quotes@. We review company inboxes, not anyone's personal email.
2. Export a copy
Google Workspace uses Google Takeout. Microsoft 365 and Outlook use a standard .pst export. We send you a two-minute guide for each. You never share a password, and we never log in as you.
3. Upload it securely
We send you a private upload link. The file is encrypted in transit and while we process it.
4. Software scores each email
Every message is scored for signs of a buyer or partner: quote requests, pricing questions, "let's talk" replies, demos that went quiet. No one on our side reads through your mail.
5. You get the short list, and we delete the copy
A ranked list of conversations worth reopening, each with the original ask, the date, and how long it has been cold. Once it's delivered, the export is permanently deleted.
You stay in control the whole time. You choose the inbox, you make the export, and you decide who on your team follows up.
