What we collect

• Details you give us on our forms: name, work email, company, phone.
• Email exports you upload for review. These contain personal information about your contacts, which we process only on your instructions.

How we use it

• To deliver the review you asked for and send you the results.
• To reply to your questions and send quotes.
• We never sell, rent or share your information or your email data.

Your email exports

Exports are scored by software. Staff see only the resulting short list. Exports are encrypted and permanently deleted once your short list is delivered.

Your contacts' information

When you upload an export, you confirm you're entitled to share it for this purpose. We act as your service provider and handle that information in line with PIPEDA.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or confirm deletion of an export, by emailing dave@ReviewYourEmail.com.
