No one reads your inbox.
Written so you can forward this page to your IT lead or manager.
Access
You never share a password or login. You export a copy of one inbox yourself. We can't send, delete, reply to or change anything in your email account, because we never have access to it.
Processing
Software scores each email for buying or partnership intent. Our team sees only the short list it produces, not the contents of your inbox.
Retention
Nothing is kept. Your export is permanently deleted as soon as your short list is delivered. We confirm the deletion in writing.
Encryption
Files are uploaded through a private link, encrypted in transit and at rest while being processed.
Sharing
We never sell, rent or share your data. Your short list goes only to the contact you name.
Paperwork
We'll sign an NDA or a data processing agreement on request. We handle personal information in line with Canada's PIPEDA.
Where we are: Review Your Email is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
